Your software database stays with you
Prospective uses a local database on your computer or business network. BMCore does not host this customer database as an online service. You determine access and backups. This policy separately describes the use of this website.
Information entered in forms
The order form in this version is disconnected. Information stays in page memory and is neither stored on a server nor saved in browser storage. The website does not remember it; any browser autofill remains under your control. The contact form prepares a message in your email app: sending it requires your explicit action there.
Responding to a request
When you choose to send a message to BMCore, its contents and contact details are used to answer your request, provide necessary follow-up and, where appropriate, prepare a contractual relationship. Do not attach a customer database or sensitive information without a justified prior request. The message then passes through the sender’s and recipient’s email providers.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and includes no third-party tracking tool. The language choice is carried in the URL. Fonts, icons and images are served with the website. No banner requesting consent for non-essential cookies is therefore displayed.
External links and technical logs
The installer download and Google review link lead to external services. Those services’ policies apply there. When the website is hosted, the server may process technical logs needed for availability and security, including IP addresses and HTTP requests. Retention must be defined in the hosting configuration.
Your rights
To request access, correction or deletion of your data, or exercise the rights applicable to your situation, contact BMCore using the contact page.
